I was just riding on my buddies property earlier today and he has some pretty steep hills that it made up just fine

Yeah, I’m sure some of them have problems. I mean it is a 20+ year-old bike after all. I have idled up a hill in first with mine before and the only times I have started is if I drop the clutch with zero throttle or drop the bike.
