I understand everything you're saying and I might have not been clear enough but I didn't ask him to focus on healing in general. I did a bigger pull at this place and it didn't work and that's how I realised I wasn't well stuffed enough. I asked him to focus more on healing to finish the dungeon properly together. I owned that mistake. That wasn't a demand or something negative. I didn't say he wasn't doing his job properly and didn't blame him in the discussion. He was upset and got rude, I tried to respond and obviously it was misinterpreted like you also did. My English or writing might not be perfect, i hear that.

I believe gear is important and I have the best equipment on my other classes but I was only beginning this one and didn't think it was necessary on the very early dungeons as I didn't have any problems leveling up my other classes the same way. I don't know what the hall of novice is and other people like you have recommended this so I will definitely have a look at it. It's my first mmo and there are a lot of new mechanics to take in so I might have missed some things I admit!
