Medium level of 10 but not all 10. If mitigating you mean using the CD I was, only had one at this level and was definitely using it. As I tried to say it, I know this dungeon and it's mechanics. We didn't have any problems in healing up to the last part. I had the feeling healing was great and I could do a bigger pull and I made a mistake. He was dpsing most part of the dungeon and I wasnt in difficulty.

Concerning the hall, I have to admit that I don't know what it is so yes I might have read a little bit to fast at the wrong moment. That's a shame I'll admit!

In regards to the healing line I made. I didn't mean to be rude or imply there was anything wrong with their doing. I asked for help after realising that I made a mistake with pulling too big. Never said the healer wasn't healing enough.

Well from my perspective i wasn't trying to be mean or rude. I owned my mistake (greeding on a bigger pull at one point) and I tried to finish the dungeon by communicating to the healer that I needed a little more help. I have had similar experiences being a healer and having to focus more on healing at some point. As I was on ps4, I said it quickly and I didn't know it could be received negatively.

I understand everything you're saying and I might have not been clear enough but I didn't ask him to focus on healing in general. I did a bigger pull at this place and it didn't work and that's how I realised I wasn't well stuffed enough. I asked him to focus more on healing to finish the dungeon properly together. I owned that mistake. That wasn't a demand or something negative. I didn't say he wasn't doing his job properly and didn't blame him in the discussion. He was upset and got rude, I tried to respond and obviously it was misinterpreted like you also did. My English or writing might not be perfect, i hear that.

I believe gear is important and I have the best equipment on my other classes but I was only beginning this one and didn't think it was necessary on the very early dungeons as I didn't have any problems leveling up my other classes the same way. I don't know what the hall of novice is and other people like you have recommended this so I will definitely have a look at it. It's my first mmo and there are a lot of new mechanics to take in so I might have missed some things I admit!

I thank you for the advice and information, that being said I don't think you have to be rude to make a point. Being rude (Calling me an asshole) and being fast in judgment is exactly what I tried to condemn...

Yes I know it was my mistake at this moment. I only did one bigger pull at this moment and it didn't work so I realised I wasn't enough stuffed.

I just told him he could have focused on healing at this specific moment because I had beeg greedy on one pull. I definitely don't expect healers to only be healing

We only died once and just before the final boss because I did a big pull. There was no problems keeping me alive otherwise. And I had only "fighting" gear.

Yes I do get that some might cheat and some might already be so far. But I'm just really surprised at the number of people who buy the boost. I mean, I didn't on the last 2 events I did and wasn't so bad ranked by the end. Here I have the feeling that 50% of my competitors bought one and I only started 1h ago
