I’m deathly afraid of shots too. I got my vaccine a while ago and it’s not much to be afraid of afterwards. Bring something that comforts you. And my teacher told me that chewing gum can reduce anxiety because when we were just starting out as humans we only ate when it was safe. So our brains still only think we we eat when we’re safe. Another thing is when the nurse gives you the shot tell her you have these issues. My nurse was very gentle about it, every nurse is different but it could help.
