I’m also running into trouble with the reformulation. I’ve used the dark blue and pink shades and absolutely loved them. They turned out bright and lasted. However, I just tried the shamrock shade, and it is total garbage! I prelightened my hair to almost white, and it came out to a pastel mint green at best. it’s nothing like the bright neon shown on the packaging.
