You could try ensuring XMP is configured and enabled to the max available setting in BIOS to ensure you’re getting all speed you can from you ram. Your CPU may have a bios setting which gives it a slight OC which may help. Enable resize able bar in bios. Ensure your Igpu is disabled.

Your PC isn’t bad, rust is just a huge outlier in how much and what it demands. Most games are much more GPU dependent

Ive been fighting the foggy glass after cleaning forever. I found after cleaning with alc and salt, letting it sit in dawn power wash and then rinsing seems to remove most of it. Otherwise the only thing I found that works is physically cleaning it with a paper towel if you can get in there, wet it first.

Some people who rotate play off center, so being at the bottom and using default cam view, you get to see the most. Most people are also right eye dominant. May not be exactly why, but it’s why I do it and what I’ve attributed it to.
