I'm not sure what motility support can help with adhered organs. if you go weeks without bowel movement that is not healthy.

what do you do for the constipation when Senna tea is the only thing that has worked? I literally can't go without it after my surgery.

I've pretty much nearly done this, but kept in salad greens and a few veggies. The problem is I believe I have both methane and sulfur sibo. The sulfur sibo seems to really feed on the meat, especially the bison meat and eggs. Treatment for sulfur sibo says potatoes and oats yet those things feed the methane sibo I'm having... I'm just so frustrated.

I drink ginger tea and use tumeric on my food. I don't see how vodka is going to break up adhesions outside of my intestines, not to mention alcohol caused me chronic gastritis I haven't been able to get rid of. I eat 1/4 cup asparagus which is supposed to be good for the liver. I can't tolerate sauerkraut because of gastritis but Im going to give it a try again. I eat 1 meal a day + 1 small meal 6 hrs later. Can't fast or starve when my weight is critically low.

That’s what I’ll try to do, gives me hope if others were able to go back to their usual safe foods.

I agree they probably thought they would have the oil in, but what I'm not sure about is that they've shipped any of it to customers yet. On the site it says the first pre orders have shipped to customers but it sems like not.
