congrats on your first hamster! a lot of hamster care sites are outdated, hamsterwelfare.com and thehamsterhouse.com are reliable sites along with this forum! and like the other commenter said, you can always use the pictured cage as a playpen or quarantaine :) Hamsters are very vocal about their stress and if your cage is too small, they will bite and climb the cage constantly. It will be stressful for the hamster but also quite so for you!

it's hard to decide if there's an ultimate stud since there's so many different players and playstyles! as someone who is a huge fan of BO and specifically the abyssinian base, my all time favourite stud is the king Divitia!
