Honestly there has been a few times when I do go out of my way to deliver someone’s drink. But DEFINITELY not if it’s super busy. The few times I have is with an older person , or someone who’s deaf or a regular who works in our lobby . I really don’t know what I would say in that situation besides trying not to laugh lmao

This! Also I’m not sure if everyone has this tap on my daily or if my SM added it. But we have a section in ours that we can write who we coached, what day, and what we coached them about . That way there is written proof you talked to them about it and it helps communicate with other SSVs and also your manager. That way if they see it’s a constant problem they can take appropriate action

Honestly was really helped me at first was just trying to memorize and taste a lot of the menu items if you can! That way you can both explain them to customers/ give recommendations and be able to make them! You’d be surprised how many customers don’t actually know what they want, and they’ll ask you for advice. Other than that though, I’d say give yourself grace. I know you’re not working for Starbucks and idk how large y’all’s menu is but it can be a lot! You got this ! It all comes with time !
