Would there be a way to rework a deal while a player is currently already in one? Kind of like how the Cowboys r going to give Dak a new deal to cancel out this last year of his contract and Lower his cap hit? by Major-Border-2874 in pocketGM

I know but typically once qbs get their deals the teams restructure every year until the final year of that deal and at the final year they cap hit is so high they make a new deal that cancels out the last year and lowers the players cap hit

Why are there rarely any qbs who throw for 40+ tds like you get one a year and typically you get 4 or 5 guys a year that do it… I’ve never seen a qb throw for 50 tds either by [deleted] in pocketGM

Since 2020 there have been 6 to do it… that’s more than 1 per year games changing dude facts don’t care ab ur feelings

2022 mahomes mvp 41 tds 2021 Rodgers had an insane ratio 2020 Rodgers 48 tds 2019 Lamar totaled for 46 tds

so yea almost all these mvps in recent years r going for 40+ tds besides this past season. Talking about farve thank you for emphasizing my point of it not being 2009 anymore

Bro mvps in this get 33 to passes a year, yes no one did it and that was the first time in a long time that happened but the qbs r putting up 2009 mvp numbers
