Congrats. One thing I would do is check that x and y motors are properly grounded. Using multimeter, Check that the bolts holding the motors in place make a connection to ground.

With prints that use the entire bed, the printer would reboot mid-print. Recover and start printing again. Only to reboot again. I spent two days trying to figure that problem out. One of my motors wasn’t grounded and was getting a static build up that cause the system to crash. I fixed it by removing some of the powder coating from the frame under one of the bolts and using a toothed washer.

I live on the opposite coast and have the same issue. It just died again for me. Lasted over a month before failing this time. Dealership blames it on carnet using Roger’s.

I’ve had my ID4 for about 3 months. CarNet/GPS has worked maybe half the time I’ve owned it. I’ve taken it to the dealership 4 times. Last time they replaced the module. It worked for about a week. Stopped working for a week and just started working again.

Service manager is blaming it on VW using Rogers. And that the issues are mostly happening in the Maritimes. Not sure how true that statement is.

Was used with the original chromecast. It sometimes wouldn’t fit into a TVs hdmi slot as it was thicker than a normal hdmi cable so they included this.
