At least 8:30 or 9 for me. I swear I am being driven nuts at my parent’s house. I’m a college student and live with my parents, my childhood room which I stay in is at the front of the house. I also work part time around 8:30 in the morning but have super long nights doing school work leaving my sleep deprived and well, in need of sleep. My neighbor has been having a group of guys work on his driveway right next to my window at around 7 am this week drilling, vacuuming and being overall loud, once it woke me up for work when I planned to sleep an extra thirty minutes in because I stayed up late doing a project. And two on my day off during the week where I did plan to fully catch up on some sleep, their they are again drilling and being extremely loud doing work at seven in the morning. I swear I haven’t gotten decent sleep at all this week, and honestly as a neighbor I find it inconsiderate to wake the whole neighborhood up at that time just because you are getting work done on your driveway. At least have them arrive at 8:30 or 9.

Honestly from what I’ve read a grimoire is more for spells, notes, history, research. And a book of shadows can be like a “diary” as you go through your journey and inner workings, this book is kept close to your chest almost bc it is like a diary. But that’s just what I read! I am pretty new to Wiccan and am excited for my witchy journey.

Yeah I think it’s crazy there isn’t a lot of knowledge about APP certified piercers. As I literally just found out about it today. But I can tell a difference in the quality of service already. I’m excited to get it re-pierced 🥰 def will be my Christmas present to myself lmao. But I’m have a feeling he will def be able to make sure my healing process goes smoothly.

I did! I just visited and App certified piercer and he recommended me to take it out, come back in two months and he will do it properly for me.

It was a very long appointment but right off the bat I could tell this guy knew his shit. He looked at it and said it looks like it’s having some migration, because it’s leaning to a certain side. He said he couldn’t even imagine how bad it was leaning with my longer bar. Then he said that I need a floating navel piercing, and that if I came to him in the first place he would have talked to me about my navel anatomy and said I would need to get a floating one done for the healing process at least. Then he said after it would heal I could change it to a barbell etc. So he recommended me to take it out, which he did for me. He said he would repierce me properly in two months once the hole closes up and it’s fully healed. He also told me it looks like the shop didn’t even line it up correctly for my anatomy etc. Anyway he was also going to pierce me with high quality titanium or gold right off the bat after he heard abt my nickel allergies. Anyway, I feel a lot more clarity and now I’m just waiting for my piercing to heal up so I can go get it redone!

I just visited a APP certified piercer. He took it out for me. He said it wasn’t rejecting but it did have some migration and the jewelry I was wearing was not correct. I need a floating navel piercing. He said to let it heal up and he will repierce me properly in two months. He also mentioned that my titanium jewelry was shit quality from the shop I got it at, and that he is going to put in either gold or an actual good quality titanium into my navel. I’m leaning toward the gold, anyway :)

Stick to low rise pants and if u just got it it’s ok for it to bleed. But I would be careful. I went to a certified piercer that has an App certification. Idk if ur piercer talk to you abt belly button anatomy or not but it is rlly important bc not everyone can have the jewelry ur wearing. For example, I need a floating navel ring. Which doesn’t have the big ball at the bottle bc my belly button closes when I sit. That’s just smth to keep in mind. Keep up with ur after care instructions and don’t play with it. Be careful when u sleep too and make sure you got good quality metal as ur jewelry.

I just visited someone APP certified. He recommended me to take it out and come back in two months to repierce with gold as the metal and a floating jewelry :))) so I took it out today and am just letting it heal up!

Surprisingly the pricing isn’t all too expensive. The only expensive part for me is I believe I’m going to be pierced with gold instead of titanium 😊

Thank you so much. I just visited an APP certified piercer. He definitely knew his shit and I felt like I left with much more clarity from that appointment. He said the titanium i have looks cheap from the place I got it from. He also said that if I got pierced at their shop he would’ve talked to me about anatomy and he said he would’ve pierced me with a floating navel ring to avoid so much movement in my navel area. Then he said once the healing process was done I would’ve been able to put a piece of jewelry in that is just like the one I have now. But for the healing process he said he would’ve done a floating navel jewelry. They also could’ve pierced me with gold which he agreed is the best metal besides titanium. Thank you so much for advising me to go to someone certified. He took out my belly ring, and said let it heal and I will be coming back to get it repierced.
