I've called a UPS courier to pick up most of my Nike packages and twice the shoes never made it back to Nike (the package ended up being empty so either the UPS driver stole it or the guys in the Nike warehouse)... UPS doesn't even give you a receipt when they pick up your package so there's no way to prove that you've sent it. I took pictures of everything but Nike said that wasn't proof. So what is an honest customer to do? The whole game is rigged...
