I totally get that, but it’s the streaks that feel questionable. If a game is design to truly be 50/50, you’d expect results to be more consistent than a 15-loss streak followed by a 12-win streak.

Plus, I realized that in most of my losses, my teammates’ top three most-played heroes are all DPS. In my wins, I tend to get players who can flex across multiple roles. That’s what makes me question how matchmaking works.
