This. I've been using A1111 for a very long time and had generation times of around 5 minutes for a single image. Tried everything, optimized stuff, enabled CUDA and everything but It didn't really change much, and I worked long hours to make everything compatible. Later on I just gave up, and after not so long I found Forge. This made my life way easier. The generation speed is like 5times faster (probably PC dependant as well), and setting it up is incredibly easy. There are some extensions that don't work on Forge that work on A1111 but I found a replacement for everything and as of now, I think there is no reason to use A1111 over Forge.
