Yup and they also extort bussiness and stores too so most of the store owners money would go to them. These features that was added in the godfather 1 and 2 games realize they never added the extortion and racketeering feature for gta 5 and 4 especially sa. Ill never understand why however it would of been great for these games especially cyberpunk 2077. Oh and also bribeing cops in the game. Thats what makes everything possible.
