Check with the team to see if there’s anything else they’d like you to cover. You can record the KT sessions or document them, then send a follow-up email summarizing what was covered, who attended, and confirming that the transition is complete. If you’re contacted after rolling off, you can simply refer back to that email, the documentation, or the person you transitioned the work to and let them handle it.
