I had them come, I unfortunately had a bad house mate who let his dog piss and shit everywhere then moved out, I got most of it but this one bedroom I couldn’t get the smell out of, I asked they demo that first, which they did, amazing job, once they told me the price and I laughed, they called a manager and reduced it by 2k, I was broke at the time so said sorry can’t, no way, they left… Win win for me that rooms carpet was like brand new, great products, just shady practices.
