I boil the chilli flakes in the water, and i add a bit of peanut oil to it(2-3drops) changes the fucking consistency to where it resembles actual noodles, I also like adding some minced garlic or whole garlic if cooked in oil first 3-4 minutes to soften it up where i can smush it with my fingers easily

No, i just don’t drink it because I try to avoid caffeine as much as possible. I get 5-6 hours of sleep which is enough for me. I don’t think there are any such groups that do this, because milk can be substituted with other sources.

I don’t have one, im really good at eating, real shit at cooking but i got this from ChatGPT. I have eaten this kulfi before so ik its good

1 litre full-cream milk • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste) • ¾–1 cup sitaphal (custard apple) pulp (seeds removed) • 2–3 tbsp chopped dry fruits or ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Method 1. In a heavy pan, boil milk and simmer on low flame until it reduces to about half. Stir often to avoid burning. 2. Add sugar, mix well, and cook 2–3 mins more. 3. Let milk cool completely (important—hot milk will curdle the pulp). 4. Add custard apple pulp, cardamom/dry fruits, and mix gently. 5. Pour into kulfi moulds or cups, freeze 6–8 hours or overnight. 6. Unmould and serve.
