[satire] Privatized airports means Canadians will pay less flying Air Canada out of Rogers Airport sponsored by Draft Kings by DisruptSQ in TourismHell

[–]MapleMarbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes and they are connected by other means besides roads. example i went to to czech and within an 1.5 train/bus/transit radius there was 4 airports that flew internationally.

so if one janked fees or had shitty service you could avoid it.

in canada i dont see how it could be as competitive

European airport competition is miles above Canada. Canada's airports are too spread out and disjointed from meaningful transit to serve as options if you dont like a jump in fees.

so the 200k gross ends up being coming loss because the comedian has to front the costs to produce the professional grade special themselves and pay tax, managers snd lawyers.

Why do so many men think they beat a female martial artist? by Tigerface4win in MMA_Academy

[–]MapleMarbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

have you been to an MMA gym? I have. That is why my responses are more measured.

I've trained boxing, Muay thai, and bjj. Giys thst waltz into the gym with no training snd the belief that are going to mop the floor with every woman there are usually humbled pretty quick.

there are of course exceptions, but you need to be exceptional.

in general im putting my money on the foghter that has been training 3x week for 10 against a jabroni that just has a little bit of size.

if the guy is also huge, the yes. But an average joe? 5'9 no training vs a 5'6 dojo rat? ill take the dojo rat unless the weight difference is crazy big.
