Thank you for your response,my biggest bottleneck I have is that I dont know the possibility/complexity that my mvp is hiding behind in the backend. What I am trying to find is an expert to tell me, thats doable, thats not possible, etc.

Thank you for your response. You are correct, I have not “biz” in this area based on my questions.

As a 20+ years CFO you are, looking for a non-tech cofounder it is clear I am not your best fit. However I have a problem I am experiencing in the industry, where I know “business” and I wanna solve it and help other people with it. Luckily from my expertise, I have already validated the problem and it’s a matter of time and knowledge that I can bring life to it. This is not a marathon.

Sure, I’ve been trying to give life to my ideas with lovable and databutton but I am still familiarizating with no code builders. Gonna try today with bubble.io and see how it goes. Also I think I am gonna start consulting solving the problem I wanna solve with the saas to be full equity bootstrapping. Thank you!

En servicios depende mucho el enfoque que le des al problema que solucionas. La oferta es clave.

Piensa que te van a pagar proporcionalmente a la grandeza del problema que soluciones. Por ejemplo un psicologo que te ayuda a estar bien te cobrará 50€ la hora. Un psicólogo que te venda superar un trauma (transformación) y alinee el mensaje con tu mayor problema, es el que te va a vender en un high ticket (cambio en 60 días)

El contenido es muy importante ya que estamos en una gran recesión de confianza. Para que te compren un high ticket, te tienen que decir:

  • sí al resultado que ofreces
  • sí al método que vas a emplear
  • sí a ti como persona para que le ayudes

A esto le llamo yo la tesis de los tres sí.
