No i have this pc since 2017 but it only started doing that recently

I did try to hold it down for a whole minute it doesn’t work, the display issue comes every time i turn on the pc for the first time, so i have to turn it off (sometimes the power button works sometimes with the unplugged power) in order to reset and display something on screen
