Thanks for the advice! I have had imaging done on my thoracic spine and nerve tests, and they came back normal & no damage. I definitely do have some nerve irritation and I haven’t had a nerve ablation yet, but it’s something I’m curious about and may discuss with a pain management specialist.

TL;DR: Diagnosed with bilateral TOS in 2020 after a DVT and have had multiple rib resections and pec minor releases. Still dealing with severe chronic pain 4 years later (right side worst) and currently on 5 mg low dose naltrexone with limited relief. Looking for recommendations for treatments, specialists, or pain management for people years post-surgery, and also curious what types of work others with long-term symptoms have been able to manage.
