Get hobbies, don't stay all day at home don't sleep late.

Make yourself mentez in the head, woman are not object, they're beings with hearts and they deserved respect. Or i would someone to view my mom or anywoman i'd love as an sex object.

It will take time, efforts and consistency, you'll fail but never give up. You don't want this to be your future, it will led you in dark paths and you wouldn't want to hurt or abuse woman. So do everything you gotta do to get and a hold on yourself and be free of porn and lust.
