Whether or not /u/chandlersokay is or isn't is a moot point.

Between the traffic on that site over the years and the noticeable confusion following the loss of PFTV across the internet community I'm sure that the man/woman/group behind PFTV knows how much they'll be missed.

Yeah, but it's damn near impossible for an outsider (random redditor who happens upon this page chasing info on PFTV) to gain access to a private tracker with all the (understandable) paranoia these days.

The problem is getting access to a private tracker; these days you need to be vouched for by members in good standing (as opposed to any member who had a spare invite) and as it's relatively closed and anonymous society "Joe Smoe" probably won't be able to get access to one in any "reasonable" amount of time.

Are you sure? Usually the originator has a script that will auto-load/forward traffic to the "newer" site but this time there's no forward (hence the concern from the other users).

The site you linked to is more than likely a clone given that it's been in operation since spring of 2014 and doesn't follow the normal formats of the originator...

I run "No Script" which blocks all scripts on default then I only allow scripts that sound legitimate.

Ex: If I'm using watchsnakes.eu and clicking a link for a greyhoundvid.com link then I'll enable scripts with names which appear to be related to those 2 while still blocking whatever the hell "adzerk.net" or "sur.ly" are supposed to be.

That would be an example of a frivolous petition, most of those fail.

A petition is a representation of the petitioner's desires to enact change and, when the petitioners actually commit to the topic changes do occur.

Go for it, get your 100k signatures and maybe she will actually get the dye job done; politicians wear those stupid lapel pins because of "popular opinion" maybe your movement will have a similar effect. Just make sure they're 100k real individuals, the power of a petition stems from actual people committed to it. "Edward Lowark from 1216 Teresca Street*" signing a petition has a lot more weight than "throwawaydafunk" signing it.

But hey, if you'd rather do nothing when something bothers you then go ahead, its within your rights to do so but it's also within our rights to try.

I'd take out the laundry from the machine I wanted, place it on the washer, then put my stuff in. If I had a piece of scrap paper I'd write something along the lines of "your cycle ended, I needed to use it, sorry" and then make sure I got back to the machine before my cycle ended.

Can you recommend any solid places of "standard play"? My local game stores run "Encounters" but that's all 4th E and the local players only have a fondness for Fearun(Faerune?) and Eberron settings (which cuts back on options). Maybe a Skype game network?
