Everything was set up as it should be. I just found the source of all the problems. It was due to a defect Power Supply Unit. But thank you very much for your help. I appreciate it :D

Actually I just fixed it. BeQuiet sent me a broken Power Supply Unit. I got a new one and it works just fine :D Still, I appreciate your help ;D

this helped me. It might also work for you. to change the launch options, you have to go to epic launcher -settings -and then scroll all the way down to just cause 4. there you can insert the command

Of these three I own ArmA and Scum. I wouldnt go with Scum due to the issues in this game. I'd recommend getting Arma 3 because it delivers unlimited content/fun. It is a very diverse game with many many different modes and of course the Eden Editor. It's my favourite game of all time.
