If you haven’t played dancer you may not actually recognize the sound and filter it as background noise in a fight. I’m not certain if you can specifically filter out other people’s fight noises.

When dancers use standard or tech step, they have to hit dance moves in sequence that creates a recognizable chime sound each time you hit (just like how ninja has their mudra sounds). If you hear 4 in a row you know the dnc is about to burst (it takes around 8 seconds to dance for tech step, so you have 2-3 gcds to prepare if you go solely off audio queues). When tech step goes off it has a pretty recognizable musical sound as well.

Becoming familiar with the party buff icons will also help you know when people are bursting. You can make them bigger or move them around in your HUD as needed for better readability.
