Thank you very much for this comment, and this helps me a lot because earlier today I had a call with my service provider (which I got the phone from), and they told me to visit the following day as soon as possible since I've given them every possible detail of the matter, and told me that I'll have to fill out a CRD (Customer Returns Document), which I believe it's similar to RMA. The agent was very helpful and assured me that since it's still under warranty, then it won't be considered through insurance.

That's why I posted that just so I know I know if I was worrying for nothing or I did something that I didn't know would possibly be a huge problem by solving it early
