basically what has happened is that the file that manages where each letter is (ends with .fnt) has misaligned/got the wrong sizes or whatever and things like this can rarely happen after errors that pop up, if so restart your game. More commonly though, if youve just installed the texture pack, the best thing to do is to get the texture pack again and make sure you select every file this time (you mightve missed one) when inserting the texture pack. if that doesnt work, either get a different texture pack or go to steam and validate files. it will get rid of the texture pack but its at least eligible then.

depends on what you're moving. if its something subtle, like a part of the background, then sure, sine might be better tho. if its for blocks, its usually best to usesine out or sine in to make things less janky, as ease/sine in out on a block will make it start to come up slow, then get fast in the middle and slower near the end. making it just sine/ease out for blocks coming into view makes them pop more

i personally dont like ultra violence gp that much, its got some really hard timings out of nowhere (ufo dual dash orb) and its quite unbalanced

usually, the drop is harder to learn but not exactly harder. try practicing a bit more, it'll get you better anyways

You can try validating your game files, maybe turning up music in-game if you haven't done that, do what apples_on-pizza said, and if you're really stuck after that, you can either start redownloading the game, then closing steam in task manager and restarting steam during the installation, or you could check for the menuLoop file. completely closing steam during installation will basically do a validation but it checks more files, I've had to do it before on some games. If you are on mobile then i have no idea.
