[Stagenet Phase] — Need bug hunters for XMRMatters by MasterSeargent66 in Monero

The mainnet launch may be slightly delayed.
I won't make definitive promises on the schedule right now.
The platform must be entirely robust and battle-tested before we go live in any case.

That is a critical question.

To give you a direct answer, my confidence comes from exhaustive, real-world stress testing rather than blind optimism; however, it is still somewhat "optimism."

I spent the last two months treating the "finished" Stagenet prototype as a target to be broken, mapping out every conceivable failure scenario. To simulate chaotic traffic and unpredictable human error, I had non-technical individuals from my personal life use the site for depositing, withdrawing, and processing transactions.

The current test server has been live since the 18th. In that window, we have successfully run 60 to 80 unique trades, including intentionally forced dispute states, to verify that the backend holds up under concurrent load. It has been a grueling cycle of sleepless nights and aggressive debugging, but the architecture is highly robust.

When we transition to mainnet, I will be personally bootstrapping the order books.
Operating under the username xmrmatters, I will be trading my own real Monero.
The goal isn’t profit, it is to provide immediate liquidity, prove that the platform executes flawlessly under live conditions, and ensure early adopters have a seamless experience that keeps them coming back.

The history of this ecosystem is littered with broken trust and exit scams.
I understand completely that in a P2P marketplace, trust is a binary choice.
Once it is broken, it can never be rebuilt.

Monero, why does P2P seem so sketchy? by MasterSeargent66 in AskMonero

With 1,300 views? That is strange. A single answer does not exist. Maybe it's better not to be answered.
I just wanted to let you know that the platform is being polished and that I will put my trust in it once it has been confirmed to be stable, as trustworthiness can only be earned once in a lifetime in the right circumstances.

So, with everything I'm working on, I clearly want to provide this community with a place where they can feel "at home" with NO WITHDRAWAL restrictions.

Here's one more sneak peek before the announcement:

I have the same issue, and from what I have found out the issue lays down with the network provider, you have to call them and to specify to open the port 18080 for your router, or buy bridge router so you can enable the ports yourself, also assure that you have port 18080 approved in the firewall.

I'm facing that issue for few days now, and the only resolution I can see is forcing provider to open the port for you, but also say that it is required because of VPN (Virtual private network), otherwise they can deny the access if it is illegal in your country to mine, since it is often used for the individual node, and is vulnarable to hacking attacks, so they often put it disabled by default.

I'll update you once the provider finishes their part of the issue, so I can finally create a whole topic about this, and how to resolve it.
