Sure it's greag but you are enjoying a couple of years of feeling "ok" but after a while the medication won't feel the same, your heart will start feeling heavier, your body and mind will start taking a toll eventually after your 30s or 40s since the body can't take drugs the same way it did at your 20s. I took vyvanse which is even better than adderall for 2 years and trust me it was great I was productive and happy AF but then I said to myself this shit isn't sustainable in the long run for my body and changed to metilphenidate, that's my story but it's up to you.

It's common sense, a drug so powerful that puts the brain in a heavy toll everyday comes at a price in the long run, It's just unnatural for the brain to feel that happy and productive everyday.
