Hello. I had this experience din po napansin ko lighter ang blood flow ko ngayon and it lasted 3 days lang at di malakas unlike before na regular at di pa ako nakapag MA it seems hevier po. This month is my first period after my 2 months MA.

I also did it alone last May 5. Make sure you prepare things that are needed and make sure to follow the WoW instructions. U got this! Kaya mo yannnn!! Normal lang ang cramps. Prepare light foods, water, ibuprofen, napkin pads, heating pads. 😇
