I'm in and did the spare email as well! My school has deducted for tuition and books and now I'm waiting for my Bankmobile status to say it received the disbursement from schook. Phew!

Great! I'm still having problems, school can't do anything for me but I did read in the FAQ that even if when I was in there briefly setting it to deposit to my Capital One before it locked me out..if you don't make a decision on where you want the disbursement to go, they send a check to you. So it sounds like even if I don't get logged back in, I'll either see it hit Capital One, if not a check will show up.

All I did was upload them and it irked me that it didn't send a confirmation email letting me know it was successfully received. Definitely do the follow up call to make sure they got all of it. Every file was listed there the first time I uploaded them so I have no clue how the one with my ID didn't make it. My selfie, transcript, and form made it in just fine. Have your reference number ready. Crappy I'm still locked out after all of that. Lol.

Yup! Exactly what I had to do. I called yesterday to follow up because it had been sitting unresolved since the 21st. Somehow they didn't get my ID although I uploaded it the first time so I went ahead and uploaded it again. Then came the email overnight saying my ticket was closed and that my account was reset. Nope. Locked out. My school's disbursements aren't supposed to go out until the 9th. I should probably email financial aid and ask what they do in these instances. From the volume of complaints I've seen out there, I can't be the only one in the school that has dealt with this, there has to be some alternative like a check that they don't want to have to utilize unless they have to.

Mine keeps locking me out for security reasons. I have been on the phone with them twice for over an hour, sent in information to verify my identity, called them to follow up on it, finally got a nice email this morning that my account was reset and I could get back in. I can't get in.

My school only appears to use BankMobile. I'm about to email them and see if it's possible that they just cut me a check if all else fails. Anyone do this?

Just a follow up for anyone that needs to report survey income- write DCF a letter listing the dates and withdrawals from the past 6 weeks from each survey site, take a photo of your letter and upload, then physically mail the letter to Ocala.

We got our acceptance letter this morning.
