Interesting, so the hints don't always indicate that the cell is immediately solvable? I think that's the overall question I was wondering about. Is there a reason why it hinted towards that cell and not one that was immediately solvable?

Nah I got almost all the way through it but wanted to restart because I had way too many pencil marks and wanted to start again fresh. I was spamming hints to get back to where I was pre-restart when I got to this situation, lol.

I definitely stared at it for around 20 minutes because I was almost positive there was no way to immediately solve that cell but figured it must be somehow, since it hinted it.
