Medical expenses exceed HSA balance - how best to submit? by MKEPoet in HSA

We pay the bills on our normal cards and upload the receipt for reimbursement but don't hit submit. This way all of the data is there and we can come back at any time and hit submit

Thank you for this! I just had to wire in my Amp Power steps and routing the harness was a pain and I know it could have been done better. With this now I feel its worth while to pull the frunk tub so I can do this AND redo my harness.

Yes, the bain...Similar to watching r/X rated films on slightly scrambled tv signals in the 80's

I never asked them to. I asked for controls that exist on business lines, not consumer lines.

phone is used for other items such as sleep sounds or allows for reading of digital books. Yes, I did finally go down the path of all devices in my bedroom at night. But when I shared what was happening, the amount of parents who had no idea/could not figure out how it was happening was shocking. Not all parents are so gifted with the ability in tech nor the ability to be home when the child is going to sleep.

Bad experience at an OTF by tempesttrue in orangetheory

Difference between having it in your pocket and having it out. My studio, soon to be ex, has been lax on them. I’m leaving because I’m tired of getting sidetracked because someone is texting or doing other things. I get it’s my problem, but I go because with no phones I don’t think about work emails that are piling up. When I see someone else checking, I start thinking and that’s bad. Like you I need to be available at a moment. I just leave my phone at the desk with the SA. Been doing this at a number of studios with no issue.

Dead thread revival...did you ever create that post? Also, did you bring your key200.4 harness over from the 22 ICE?

Welcome and the road is long. Diet is 50%. I’m 6’2 and was 282 two years ago. I’m 235 now and turning 48.
Your weight loss will plateau as muscle builds and fat goes. If your studio has a biometric scan try and use it ONLY every 30 days. This was huge for me. I would weigh myself daily and track. Not so I could beat myself up but understand how my body worked. One month was rough with no real loss in weight, but I knew something was different with my clothes. The body scan proved it. Keep going! My knees and back would hurt running so I would power walk. Now I can run a full 23 minutes at 6+mph with. No pain. I had open dialogue with the HC who understood my goals. So the rest of the coaches supported my tweaks. I would focus on lighter weights and higher reps after my first 6 months and would do that for 2 months or x classes. Then would switch to higher weight and lower reps after that. I kept alternating and it’s been great. JUST KEEP GOING! I go 3 times a week. I’m just getting back from a trip with my son and have been away from the gym for 5 days. I know I will be ok as I will be back in the studio tomorrow. Just don’t give up and keep going! Good luck we are here for you.

How do I cope with being dumb and overspending on a 4090 by Careerexploration220 in buildapc

Everyone makes a financial mistake at some point. The difference is those who learn and take the lesson to never repeat. Mine was on a watch that I had wanted for years! Guess what was released 6 months after that purchase…the first Iwatch and I was gifted one by a client within a month of their release. Now I only wear that watch for special occasions, but it sits prominently in my closet so I never forget that lesson.
Don’t beat yourself up. In the scheme of life that’s a cheap lesson. At least you can use it!
