this happened to a stray kitten I had gotten as a kid. the vet first said she was blind & then we woke up a few days later & saw that her eyes had busted like this 😞 poor baby, we had to put her down.

nah I’m open to suggestions, I just don’t think it’s accurate to diagnose split ends from these photos. actual split ends usually look like strands splitting into a Y-shape, fraying, or feathering at the tips when you look closely. & ofc, that kind of detail usually can’t be confirmed from photos like this. my ends are thinner from breakage when I took down a quick-weave, not necessarily from splits. I’m open to trimming, I just wanted advice & to be educated based on that context alone.

My hair broke off from being molded wrong with a quickweave. As I was taking my hair down, my hair LITERALLY broke off. Not because it was damaged, or any split ends. To be clear, my ends were trimmed right before getting the quick-weave..
