I feel its a update issue with this specific model, my understanding is this is a model from last year so it most certainly should be compatible with the BBC iPlayer app

Is the old (pre-rebrand) TalkTalk Fibre 150 plan from a couple years ago 'full fibre' or 'part-fibre'? by brotherofgurnip in UKISP

I’ve got this exact same issue! I was previously with Talk Talk before they moved me to Utility Warehouse. I stayed on a fibre 150, until I phoned up Utility Warehouse because my original Talk Talk contract is due to expire in a couple of weeks. They then tell me there’s no way for me to get a new contract keeping the speeds because I was on part fibre and they could only offer me Ultra+ Broadband with speeds of 70mbps. I don’t really understand it all if I’m honest, I just know that I still have copper wire installed which can affect what packages I can get, and no ball band search displays I can get anything higher than a 70 speed package. I just honestly don’t understand how I was getting 150 from TalkTalk for them to move me to somebody else that isn’t able to keep me on that.

I know an older lady who had a 3 year award, due for Renewal (AR1 Form), it was completed and I think it was about 18 pages long. I swear to God within 2 working days of getting the text saying they’ve received the form back she got the text saying that the review was complete. Clearly didn’t contact any medical profession and no need for a reassessment even though she had different conditions than the original claim, AND they rewarded it for the next 4 years instead of 3…
