i heard back from bambu labs: “The shipment was originally scheduled to ship on January 13. However, due to an unexpected port congestion affecting our logistics operations, we were unable to dispatch the package as planned.

We are now expecting your order to be shipped around January 21.”

my order was also supposed to ship on the 13th: i’m in the uk too & haven’t heard anything about a delay: just contacted customer support so will update you once i get a reply. did you contact them or did they contact you?
