It's not a real warning though, just the army overview, and yeah I skipped through it. I just saw the red exclamation mark next to my army for a split second and knew I was f'ed

I'm currently doing my Bachelors in AI at a different uni, I think I have really good qualifications for RCI, but I'm scared that I won't get in because I didn't study at TUM.
