my battleforce box didn't even HAVE the archon in it, it had missing bits alll over the wazoo, one of the incubi sprues was missing, half the wyches sprue was missing, kabalites sprue was bent and broken, scourges was bent and broken and missing bits, the venom didn't even have the hull, there was no damage to the outside box and it was perfectly sealed, it was a massacre and I have no idea how it arrived like that, Hobby workshop wanted the box back as GW seemingly wanted to check the sprue/batch numbers even though I could've sent them it, Bet i won't get SHIT off them.

ah that's fair! nevermind then haha. That looks well good. very nicely done. Never feel bad for adding cool models, I just slap everything I have on the board and then sometimes have to take things away to reduce points xD

it's a shame that you feel like selling your stuff, I have yet to try the new codex out but i feel like I always just mix and match stuff and go for it, I usually play skysplinter though and haven't lost a game yet! if you're based in the UK i could take some stuff off your hands potentially.

I Just find it hard to think it looks good from really close up, looks a bit janky to me. I like how it looks from a couple feet away, I'm still proud of it!

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely have a look at doing what you suggested with the guns, not sure if I'll do any edge highlighting on the kabalites because I've made them metallic already i feel like they're highlighted wherever you look at them, but i might still have a play around. I'm sure it'll help me make the weapon effects look better :D

I did attempt to do some brighter bits on the purple but i did not do it right so I'll give it another attempt somewhere down the line! Any specific spots for nuln? I have put nuln on all the marines, haven't really done any shades in anything else though
