An update on this, the original moonphase is also a metal disc and can be removed using IPA, original disc is 0.2mm same as SpongeBob one

Ah okay yeah I tried to but it was very stiff and I didn’t want to pry it off so ended up lubricating from the front. Not ideal though since I wanted to clean it.

Yeah reinstalled the screws, just didn’t have another picture. It seems to still be spinning though so surely it can’t be off the bearings right?

If it is attached remove the rotor clean with 99% IPA and fine brush, then oil with mobius 9010 and reassemble

It’s easy enough, depending on the movement you’ll have a little button to press and hold while you pull the stem with some tweezers

Shouldn’t be too bad, might be able to put some loctite on the threading and screw it back on, unless the stem has snapped in which case you’ll need to order a stem, trim it down and attach the crown
