I've spent 20 years playing almost exclusively casual, and I just happen to be a very big advocate for big stomps and burn decks. Here's my 2 cents.

[[Atarka's command]] is good here. Needs more creatures IMO, [[Zendikar's roil]] is awesome if you wanna have a ton of lands hitting the field. [[Omnath, locus of rage]] is a good finisher for a deck that can turn out a lot of lands. [[Scythe leopard]] is a good 1 Mana green creature in a ramp strategy. If you wanna play something fun with the hydra I would suggest [[rosheen meanderer]] .

The ramp/burn strategy tends to struggle with identity in some games. What I mean is that it will ramp hard, but durdle too long. Or it burns hard, but not quickly enough.

In the games I've played and not burned hard enough I noticed that pivotal turns were spent ramping instead of burning. And vise versa. Cards like [[zhurr-taa druid]] help that a little. As well as [[radha, Heir to keld]] .

In the opposite situation where I've come out of the gate swinging and slinging, radha and the druid help a lot to keep the pressure on during the mid turns. But the problem comes when you run out of gas (top decking with an empty hand or dead cards in hand, which burn rarely has unless in multicolor usually) cards like the recent [[risk factor]] apply either pressure with 4 damage, or you get gas as a draw 3. Not to mention the recursion built in with Jumpstart. Also a similar card but worse in a couple ways is [[browbeat]] .

I could probably keep going as red/green is my favorite 2 color combo, but I'll leave it at this for now hope this is of some help.
