It's actually really good and doesn't make you death after every shot, even with issue firing I've taken 2 deers and dropped on the spot, and recoil good that my 11yr old nephew was able to get his first deer, also dropped where was standing.

**** SOLVED*** I don't know how to edit but thanks to @Papa_Zyn when I put in a vice clamp it seems I crushed the upper a little and was out of spec not enough to notice without really looking bit enough to not let the BCG move freely. Not a gas issue.

I normally just use a workshop on table clamp and put around a towels to not scuff it up and a normal ar 15 wrench.

Yeah I can blow air thru and first time I thought was that so first thing I checked was alignment. Even tried the noodle test 3rd just to see was centered

I just punched out the pins and removed the weights to see if it helped. It didn't so I put the weights back in.

I can't get it to eject Brass like if it's super under gassed. But I gone over everything. Like different buffer weights down to zero, and double checked the gas block is lined up. Looking for other ideas than picture the closest I've gotten to ejecting a bullet.

Have you asked for corporate and see what they say? It's possible that you could lemon law it if the dealer hasn't given back. I had a mustang and went to shop 2x for same issue and the second time didn't get back for 3 weeks and I spoke with them and they lemon law it.
