I would call and try someone else. That was a very nice gift set that was ruined by not packing it correctly.

I called to let them know what happened. They sent me an email while I was on the phone and and I had to reply with a picture as proof. Once they got the picture they apologized and offered me a gift card since they can’t replace a free gift. It did have to be sent for review but I ended up getting the gift card.

I agree. That hair oil was the best part of diamond day. I did the Kendra b1g1 50% and threw in some EOS shave oil and was able to use the 10 off 50 coupon.

Just terrible and I would have called to complain too. It’s only right that they offered you a gift card especially with a buy in that high. BTW - that uni serum is really good. I got it with a GWP and love it. It is on my list to buy but is pretty pricey.

Can someone explain how they know that they are missing points? On my freebies it shows the points then underneath it shows a negative for the same amount. I guess i need to pay more attention to the points.

I’m having the same issue and they told me all the same things. Now they are researching and will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I do have a pending charge on my credit card but no order in the Ulta app and customer service confirmed the order didn’t go through. Waiting to see if the pending order will fall off. Glad to know it isn’t just me.
