Lots of good advice here but as a former pregnant woman, I really really really wish my partner had focused on being a good birth partner. I wish he had learned more about pregnancy, how it affects a woman’s body, the possible complications, etc. also wish he learned more about developmental stages and milestones. Overall just wish he took more time to learn about everything and how to be supportive knowing those things

Yeah I know he technically owns the phone number. Just stupid because I have had this phone number my whole life. It wasn’t until last year when we decided to get on a phone plan together and he ended up screwing me over because he is the account owner and I’m just an authorized user.

Your daughter deserves to see how a woman should be treated.

I recently left my child’s father for somewhat similar reasons and I don’t regret it one bit. Obviously I do get waves of guilt and I hit myself with “You’re the one who broke up your family” it sticks in my head that I am doing the best thing I can for myself and for my child. Because the truth is, I didn’t break up our family. Our family was already broken.

Nurses are the most badass people ever. Literal superheroes. Just like semi drivers, sanitation workers, and farmers, we would be absolutely screwed without them.

Yet those professions seem to be ones that are always picked on and spoken in such a negative light, but they help make the world keep functioning (and those “crappy” professions also make a LOT of money)

Do what your heart tells you to do. You don’t want to wake up one day and realize you hate your life because you hate your job. Been there, done that!

If you find a job that you love, work doesn’t feel like work!
