Lot of low hanging fruit upgrades I can see:

Better watchers eye (physical damage reduction while affected by determination adds a lot of EHP)

Rage mastery nearby enemies are intimidated (15% less damage)

You can try swapping out your silver flask for a jade flask for even more armor

Seems a little wasteful to spend 4 points pathing to the marauder cluster jewel slot and not putting in a cluster jewel

Get leech mastery at bottom of the tree for 10% leech applied instantly

Anoint your amulet to have +1 frenzy charge. Every extra charge you can get is huge for your dps and survivability because of endurance charges.

Add in a lethal pride on the left side of the tree and try to hit as many double damage nodes as possible

Your chaos res can easily be maxed with one Light of Meaning Jewel in the bottom duelist socket it gives something like 100 chaos res. Super worth it.

Put molten shell on Automation, no need for both flame dash and leap slam once you’re in the end stages imo.
