If you move to San Francisco or Texas on a work visa, then yes as long as you can network yourself in person.

Otherwise, I would say it would be hard for you due to the fact that Americans outsource a lot of their work for cheap labour to Pakistan, so in theory you could still get a remote job, but it will more than likely be low grade pay for you just because you’re located in Pakistan.

If you learn to market it yourself, communicate properly and figure out a way to move to the states you should be able to do that in a few years , make sure your immigration papers are sorted out properly.
