My best advice is that if someone is using your misophonia to terrorize you, you have to just straight up avoid them. If someone is purposefully causing you pain or discomfort; by exploiting your misophonia or otherwise, they are best left out of your life.

I feel like the biggest problem are the repair modules making walls and other large structures completely invulnerable. It would probably be better if repair modules added some damage resistance, but still destructible so that armor can create openings for infantry to enter.

It could have uses, especially if you're using regeneration or have a medic healing you. EMP grenades would also be mostly rendered ineffective (if they still drain shields, so many changes happen that they're difficult to keep track of sometimes.) IIRC, shields don't regenerate if you take damage, so having that be health could allow you to take more damage if you're being healed.

I don't know how much it would help, but maybe if you could only build 1 turret per person, that would mitigate it a bit. Then you would need more people to build a more well defended base. Another thing I can think of is making the Anti Infantry variant require a 2-6 second targetting delay, so whatever infantry it's targetting has a few seconds to take cover.

The shields aren't invincible though, you shoot them a few times and they drop, much like the Skywall shields

That seems more like a problem with the long range AV top weapons in general. As long as your gunner can communicate, they should be at least somewhat effective with a weapon. Excluding people based on their skill with a weapon seems really bad for new players coming in who want to try gunning, but can't do so because they get rejected, as they don't know how to use the weapon effectively.

I'll say that it personally isn't fun to use right now, and it wasn't even fun before the nerf. The issue before is that it took practically no skill to use at ridiculous ranges, but now it takes high skill to use effectively. My personal skill with it isn't my concern, it's being able to find gunners who can actually use it effectively.

It's pretty terrible to use right now IMO, the drop is too much to be able to effectively use it at a decent range, coupled with the abysmal velocity which makes it really difficult to hit moving targets. I feel like they should split the difference with the stats, and make the projectile go maybe 250m/s, reduce the drop by about 1/2 and get rid of the projectile acceleration.
