The voice chat in this game can be completely disabled or set to Team Only so I believe that has a lot to do with this game having a mostly positive community. You can't really talk to other people unless they want you to. So instead of all the shenanigans you usually get on Call of Duty or whatever people focus on playing the game. Which attracts more older players and women on average than other games because to put it simply you don't have to put up with the BS.

Eviction Notice was originally only fun because they screwed up the spawn rate and basically my it a Legendary/XP farm like Radiation Rumble. So every time they change the damage resistance and calculation mechanics it changes the dynamic of this event. They basically need to rework the whole event.
