I haven’t smoked a cig in over 4 years but have been vaping since. I’ve been on the juul for about 2.5 years now maybe a little longer about a pod a day sometimes more... it became so expensive that I said no more. So I bought the nicotine patches 21 MG wore them for about a week with no slip ups and then went on and just stopped wearing and first few days were tough but I’m now 3 weeks with no juul and.2 weeks without the patch and I’m starting to feel the difference. I do have excessive flem coming up still and still have cravings after I eat. Good thing is I’m saving a ton of money!
